It is classic St. Émilion where ripe flavors of blackberries and plum mingle with hints of licorice, dried herbs, vanilla and spice. The grapes are selected and picked by hand which get their start in stainless steel tank before ageing for 12 months in French oak. The texture is plushy and soft while delivering all kinds of Bordeaux goodness at a great value price. And though it is drinking beautifully right now, it will continue to soften and get even better in the coming years.
