Currently retail-to-consumer, direct wine shipping is only allowed to these states: Alaska, California, Idaho, Louisiana, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oregon, Virginia, Washington DC, West Virginia, and Wyoming. And amongst these so-called legal states, Idaho and Missouri only allow intrastate retail shipping.
States currently mired in archaic Prohibition legalese to whom we cannot ship include Alabama, Arkansas, Colorado, Delaware, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana (with some exceptions), New Jersey, New York, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Dakota and Utah. States not mentioned are tightly regulated and buttoned up to where in-state wholesalers control the entire market.
Our shipping season is typically spring and fall before it gets too warm or too cold to safely ship wine. We are always watching the weather to make sure your order arrives in perfect condition.
